More detail is available in How we use GPS data.

5. Who we share information with

Information is limited to people who need it for the relevant purpose. We may also disclose information when required by law, regulators, insurers, professional advisers or for legal claims.

We do not sell personal information.

6. International processing

Some technology suppliers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we use providers and safeguards intended to protect personal information as required by UK data-protection law.

7. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the transport service, operational evidence, customer support, accounting, insurance, dispute handling and legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and the reason it is held. Information that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

8. Security

We use access controls, secure links, account authentication and technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the service. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users must also protect account details and secure tracking links.

9. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your information, object to certain processing and receive portable information. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis. To make a request, email office@transglobalholding.co.uk.

Your right to object

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. We will consider your request and stop the processing unless there are compelling legitimate grounds or it is needed for legal claims.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

We may update this notice when our services, suppliers or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
