2. Online estimates are not confirmed bookings
Prices produced by the quote calculator or Smart LoadMatch are indicative estimates based on the information entered. They are not a binding offer, guaranteed vehicle availability or confirmed booking. A job is confirmed only when our dispatch team issues written confirmation and any applicable commercial terms are accepted.
Final pricing may change because of route, vehicle availability, cargo dimensions or weight, loading method, waiting time, access restrictions, tolls, ferries, congestion, additional stops, specialist requirements or inaccurate information.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Provide complete, accurate and lawful information about the route, cargo, timings, weight, dimensions, access and handling requirements.
- Tell us about dangerous, controlled, fragile, temperature-sensitive or high-value goods before booking.
- Ensure that collection and delivery sites can safely receive the selected vehicle.
- Do not use the website or services for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity.
The customer is responsible for losses or delays caused by materially incomplete or incorrect information, subject to applicable law and the terms of the confirmed booking.
4. Smart LoadMatch
Vehicle recommendations are guidance only. They depend on the pallet count, weight and other details entered and cannot assess every factor, including exact dimensions, pallet height, weight distribution, loading equipment or site access. The vehicle and transport plan must be confirmed by dispatch.
5. Dispatch, tracking and communications
Operational updates and GPS information are intended to help coordinate active jobs. Location data may be delayed, unavailable or affected by the driver’s device, signal, browser permissions or third-party services. It must not be treated as an emergency or safety system.
Drivers must not operate the website or a phone while driving. Tracking links and account access must not be shared with unauthorised people.
6. Carriers and third parties
Where an independent carrier performs transport, its responsibilities may be set out in the booking confirmation or separate carrier terms. References to insurance on the website mean relevant business cover is maintained; they do not create a guarantee that every loss, cargo or circumstance is insured. Customers should disclose special risks and maintain any insurance appropriate to their goods.
7. Availability and third-party services
We aim to keep the website and 24/7 operational contact available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Mapping, postcode, route, authentication, email and hosting functions may rely on third-party services and may occasionally be unavailable or inaccurate.
